Settlement of a garden, 1831
A garden in Mubarakah village had been purchased from Zayn al-‘Abidin by Haj Muhammad ‘Ali and his brother, Husayn, and then transferred from Husayn to Aqa ‘Ali, son of Haj Muhammad ‘Ali. On August 13, 1831, Aqa ‘Ali and his children, ‘Abd Allah and Khanum Jan, transferred the ownership of the garden to Mashhadi Hasan, in exchange for ten tumans. On December 23, 1831 (verso), Mashhadi Hasan sold this property to his brother, Aqa Muhammad, for fifteen tumans. Settlement between Haji ‘Ali Asghar and Sakinah Baygum Khanum, 1874
Settlement, dated June 8, 1874, between Haji ‘Ali Asghar, son of Muhammad from Khuzan, and Sakinah Baygum Khanum, daughter of Mirza Haji Sayyid ‘Ali and wife of Akhund Mulla Abu al-Qasim, over one-twelfth of a house and a garden in Shams Abad of Khuzan. Another twelfth of this property belongs to Sakinah Khanum according to her marriage contract. Umm Kulsum Khanum, mother of Akhund Mulla Abu al-Qasim, owns one-twelfth of this property as well. On the verso, dated June 9, 1874: another settlement has determined the shares of Sakinah Baygum Khanum and Umm Kulsum Khanum.

Settlements of an orchard, 1815 to 1835
On December 6, 1815, Marziyah Khanum, daughter of Musa and wife of Karbalayi Sadiq, sold an orchard located in Shaykh Abad farm to Karbalayi Isma‘il, son of Karbalayi Qasim, and ‘Ali ‘Askar, son of Muhammad Nasir from Mubarakah, in exchange for twenty tumans. Then, Aqa Kazim, Aqa Qasim, Aqa ‘Ali, and Aqa Baqir, sons of Karbalayi Sadiq, transferred two bath buildings located in the same orchard, to the mentioned buyers for two tumans. Settlement regarding the inheritance of Khanum Sultan, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Hasan, between her husband, Yad Allah, and Mashhadi Murtaza, her brother, and on behalf of her five sisters (Rubabah Sultan, Habibah Sultan, Shawkat Sultan, Sultan, and Nisa’ Rukh). The settled property includes a property listed in her marriage contract with her former husband, the late Nayib Ibrahim, and what she had inherited from him.

Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. Settlement between Khanum Sultan and Aqa Baygum, 1911
After Nayib Ibrahim, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir from Khuzan, died without leaving a will, there was a dispute between Nayib Ibrahim's wife Khanum Sultan, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Hasan from Andan, and Nayib Ibrahim's daughter Aqa Baygum, wife of ‘Abd al-Rahman. Khanum Sultan demanded her share of the inheritance and what was hers according to her marriage contract.
